Membership Application
Membership of the GRETh association runs from January 1 to December 31 of the current year.For membership applications received on or after July 1, membership is prorated for the months remaining in the year (1st day of the month in progress at the date of membership), and "the Company" undertakes to renew for the following calendar year in addition to its membership prorated for the months remaining.
You indicate the number of employees in your entity so that the rate advertised is the most appropriate for your needs. Any year started is due. You should also indicate the name(s) of your technical contact(s), and inform GRETh of any change of contact(s). Application fees are payable in full, regardless of the date of enrolment.
Membership will continue from one year to the next by tacit renewal, except in the case of application of article 4 of the membership conditions. Late payment of the annual subscription fee will result in termination of the privileged offer.

ARTICLE 1 : Membership conditions
The "Company" commits to an annual membership running from January 1 to December 31 of the current year.
For membership applications received on or after July 1, membership is prorated for the months remaining in the year (1st day of the month in progress at the date of membership) and "the Company" undertakes to renew for the following calendar year in addition to its membership prorated for the months remaining.
The "Company" indicates the number of employees in its business so that the advertised rate is the most appropriate for its needs. Any year started is due. It also provides the name(s) of the technical contact(s) and informs GRETh of any change of contact. Application fees are payable in full, regardless of the date of enrolment.
ARTICLE 2 : Membership fee for "the Company"
The annual fee for the "company" is a membership fee :
"ESSENTIEL" or "PREMIUM"
It is set for the current year at an amount depending on the type of membership, to which must be added an administration fee for the first year of membership.
"ESSENTIEL" membership is only available if your company has fewer than 5 employees and sales of less than 500,000 euros.
The membership fee may be revised each year by decision of the Board of Administrators.
ARTICLE 3 : Membership renewal
Membership will continue from one year to the next by tacit renewal, unless Article 4 applies.
Late payment of the annual fee will result in suspension of the privileged offer.
ARTICLE 4 : Cancellation of membership
" the company " sends a request for cancellation by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt no later than two (2) months before the end of the calendar year, on October 31st of the current year.
Membership implies compliance with Statutes and Rules, available to members at the association's head office or on the website.
