TRAINING COURSE REGISTRATION

GRETh: A structure that federates industrials around heat exchanger and thermal engineering system

For over 30 years, GRETh (Groupement pour la Recherche sur les Echangeurs Thermiques) has federated a group of more than 100 industrialists involved in the manufacture of heat exchangers and thermal equipment, engineering studies for thermal installations in industry and the building sector, and the operation of production and energy conversion sites. Most of the group's industrial members are driven by the desire to develop or integrate innovative components, particularly heat exchangers, and to implement advanced methodologies to achieve significant gains in the energy efficiency of industrial systems.

EXAMPLES OF SUPPORT :

To support its members' efforts, GRETh has put in place a strategy of support and action for these manufacturers. GRETh provides :

  • Connecting innovation leaders (research institutes, industry) through technical days and conferences;
  • The provision of books and numerical calculation tools to deepen knowledge and carry out calculations and dimensioning;
  • Specialized training for engineers and technicians in advanced methods for designing and sizing thermal equipment;
  • A technical hotline to provide ongoing technical and scientific support;
  • Technology watch for its members by disseminating scientific and technical results obtained from research and development programs in the field of heat exchangers and, more generally, industrial thermal systems;
  • A wide dissemination of public information (thesis, technical reports, state of the art, patents, etc.), through various means ranging from conferences to a regularly updated website;
  • The provision of services within the framework of bilateral contracts, subject to confidentiality and liability obligations specific to technical consultancy assignments.

LOCATING TRAINING COURSES :

For a number of practical reasons (speaker travel, specific materials, heat exchanger samples, PC with software, practicality for listeners, conviviality), GRETh is proposing to hold the FET training in a hotel complex close to its premises on the Savoie-Technolac site (Le Bourget du lac) between Chambéry and Aix les Bains. As the price of the training course includes lunch, dinner and breaks (only hotel costs and breakfasts are not included), it is preferable to hold these training courses in a hotel complex that includes the possibility of bringing all these services together in the same place. This location is easy to get to, and close to the Aix-les-Bains SNCF train station, directly served by a TGV line from Paris in less than 3 hours. The hotel complex is chosen by GRETh, and we will notify our contacts so that they can book their rooms as soon as the training room reservation has been confirmed.

If you think you have a disability, please contact us as soon as possible (info@greth.fr or 04-79-25-48-03) to assess your needs together and see what solutions are available to support, train or guide you. The usual* training sites are all equipped and able to welcome and cater for people with disabilities.

Lieu habituel :
Hôtel AquaKub, 173 avenue du Petit Port, 73100 AIX LES BAINS, (Label Tourisme et Handicap).

Payment can be made by bank transfer (ask for a RIB using the GRETh contact form) at least one month before the start of the course. Training prices are given exclusive of taxes and include lunches, dinners and breaks. Accommodation and breakfast are the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation :
Due to the limited number of places and for organizational reasons, cancellations will only be reimbursed if made in writing and by post with return receipt, in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made one month before the start of the course will be reimbursed in full;
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the course will not be reimbursed (except in cases of force majeure, for which proof must be provided);
  • Auditor replacements are allowed.
