This modular, double-curved heat exchanger was created through a collaboration with PrintSky SAS and TEMISTh. It's design aimed to create a geometry that fits a wide range of surfaces and volumes, while being capable of dissipating 2200W of heat from the oil circulation (32g/s or ~2.4 L/min). Addressing the critical physical issue of ensuring sufficient airflow inside the heat exchanger, while also maintaining a high heat transfer coefficient, was essential to the optimization of the part.
