Avant tout, une pr\u00e9sentation des diff\u00e9rentes plaques permet au lecteur de se familiariser et de bien situer le contexte de l'\u00e9tude. Une synth\u00e8se bibliographique sur la condensation d'une vapeur pure donne quelques r\u00e9sultats classiques rencontr\u00e9s dans les publications. La description de la boucle d'essais permet d'aborder la phase exp\u00e9rimentale et d'engager l'analyse des r\u00e9sultats globaux en termes de pertes de pression et de coefficients d'\u00e9change. La notion de performance thermique est alors introduite avec la comparaison des plaques entre elles. Nous justifions au travers de nos commentaires la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de visualiser l'\u00e9coulement pour valider nos interpr\u00e9tations. Ceci allant dans le sens de notre r\u00e9flexion initiale sur l'impact g\u00e9om\u00e9trique, nous pouvons d\u00e8s lors passer \u00e0 l'analyse locale.<\/p>\n<p>- La PARTIE II est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 des mesures locales du taux de pr\u00e9sence de la vapeur dans un arrangement d'obstacles. Notre d\u00e9marche est guid\u00e9e par une analyse bibliographique portant sur des faisceaux de tubes \u00e0 d\u00e9faut d'avoir trouv\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es pour des sections rectangulaires. Une technique d'att\u00e9nuation massique d'un faisceau Gamma, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un traitement statistique du fait du caract\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire des \u00e9coulements pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, permettent de remonter \u00e0 la donn\u00e9e \"taux de vide\". L'utilisation de cette m\u00e9todologie particuli\u00e8re oblige la conception d'un nouveau prototype d'essais en graphite. Ce dernier r\u00e9pond \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res g\u00e9om\u00e9triques tr\u00e8s stricts pour permettre \u00e0 la fois l'identification avec les sections pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes et l'utilisation de la m\u00e9todologie retenue. Nous nevenons sur les principes fondamentaux de la m\u00e9thode de mesure et la mise en place du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'acquisition. La premi\u00e8re utilisation de la m\u00e9todologie s'effectue classiquement sur un \u00e9coulement \"adiabattque\" afin<br \/>\nde rep\u00e9rer les arrangements les plus propices \u00e0 une bonne r\u00e9partition des phases liquides et vapeur. Pour recentrer notre d\u00e9marche sur l'\u00e9tude globale, nous adaptons notre analyse locale \u00e0 un \u00e9coulement se condensant.
