{"id":9282,"date":"2017-09-27T09:00:33","date_gmt":"2017-09-27T07:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/greth.fr\/?p=9282"},"modified":"2023-03-02T15:38:37","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T14:38:37","slug":"principes-et-technologies-de-traitement-de-surface-et-leur-application-pour-les-echangeurs-de-chaleur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greth.fr\/en\/principes-et-technologies-de-traitement-de-surface-et-leur-application-pour-les-echangeurs-de-chaleur\/","title":{"rendered":"Principes et technologies de traitement de surface et leur application pour les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9 de l\u2019article :<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le pr\u00e9sent rapport technique est une \u00e9tude g\u00e9n\u00e9rale portant sur <strong>l\u2019usage des traitements de surface d\u2019\u00e9change des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur pour am\u00e9liorer leurs performances, leurs fiabilit\u00e9 voire faciliter les pratiques de maintenance de ces \u00e9quipements.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les fonctions des traitements de surface appliqu\u00e9s aux \u00e9changeurs de chaleur sont diverses : les principales sont la <strong>pr\u00e9vention des risques de corrosion, d\u2019\u00e9rosion et d\u2019encrassement.<\/strong> C\u2019est sur ces aspects qu\u2019est focalis\u00e9 ce rapport technique car il s\u2019agit de ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes courants (et souvent associ\u00e9s) pour lesquelles <strong>le traitement de surface peut repr\u00e9senter une solution technique pr\u00e9ventive voire curative int\u00e9ressante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un premier temps, ce rapport dresse un <strong>\u00e9tat de l\u2019art sur les diff\u00e9rents principes et techniques de traitement de surface<\/strong> (voie humide, voie s\u00e8che (PVD, CVD), par diffusion,\u2026etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce rapport a \u00e9galement vocation d\u2019apporter un soutien aux industriels dans les phases pr\u00e9liminaires \u00e0 la conception mais \u00e9galement d\u2019exploitation des \u00e9changeurs q<strong>uant \u00e0 la pertinence de l\u2019usage de ces traitements.<\/strong> Pour cela il convient de r\u00e9aliser :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">une analyse des risques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 chacun des m\u00e9canismes identifi\u00e9s (\u00e9rosion, corrosion, encrassement) pour la technologie d\u2019\u00e9changeur (conception, mat\u00e9riau) retenue. Cette analyse doit permettre la d\u00e9finition partielle d\u2019un <strong>cahier des charges fonctionnel.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">d\u2019\u00e9laborer des propositions potentiellement applicables aux \u00e9quipements techniques en termes de traitements de surface pour r\u00e9pondre aux risques identifi\u00e9s pr\u00e9alablement.
