Plus le diam\u00e8tre hydraulique du canal est petit, plus la caract\u00e9risation exp\u00e9rimentale interne (mesure des temp\u00e9ratures et des flux) en r\u00e9gime thermique permanent ou transitoire \u00e0 l'aide des capteurs internes est d\u00e9licate. Une m\u00e9thode non-intrusive permettant d'estimer les conditions internes \u00e0 partir des mesures de temp\u00e9rature par thermographie infrarouge sur les faces externes et d'un mod\u00e8le semi-analytique, a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e. Comme le coefficient de transfert convectif forc\u00e9 classique perd son sens en r\u00e9gime instationnaire, une approche alternative bas\u00e9e sur une fonction de transfert, valable pour un syst\u00e8me linaire et invariant dans le temps a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre. Cette fonction peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9e analytiquement (uniquement pour une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie simple) ou estim\u00e9e exp\u00e9rimentalement (g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe).
