Un club d&#039;industriels\" class=\"index-title\"><\/div>\n\t\n<h2>A club of industrials<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>GRETh<\/strong><\/span> (<span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>G<\/strong><\/span>roupement pour la <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>R<\/strong><\/span>echerche sur les <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>\u00c9<\/strong><\/span>changeurs <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>Th<\/strong><\/span>ermiques) f\u00e9d\u00e8re depuis plus de 40 ans un r\u00e9seau structur\u00e9 d\u2019acteurs industriels et acad\u00e9miques impliqu\u00e9s dans le domaine des \u00e9changes thermiques. Il rassemble aujourd\u2019hui <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>plus de 130 membres<\/strong><\/span>, parmi lesquels des industriels dont l\u2019activit\u00e9 couvre notamment la fabrication d\u2019\u00e9changeurs et d\u2019\u00e9quipements thermiques, les \u00e9tudes d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie d\u2019installations thermiques pour l\u2019industrie et le b\u00e2timent, ainsi que l\u2019exploitation de sites de production et de conversion d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Ce r\u00e9seau comprend \u00e9galement des partenaires acad\u00e9miques, notamment des laboratoires publics, qui d\u00e9veloppent des activit\u00e9s de recherche fondamentale et appliqu\u00e9e dans le domaine des transferts thermiques, de la thermodynamique et de la conception des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur. <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>Cette diversit\u00e9 d\u2019acteurs favorise les interactions entre recherche scientifique et besoins industriels, contribuant \u00e0 la production de connaissances et au transfert de technologies.<\/strong><\/span> La plupart des adh\u00e9rents du groupement sont anim\u00e9s par la <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>volont\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper ou d\u2019int\u00e9grer des composants innovants<\/strong><\/span>, en particulier les \u00e9changeurs thermiques, et de mettre au point des <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>m\u00e9thodologies avanc\u00e9es de conception, de mod\u00e9lisation et d\u2019optimisation permettant d\u2019obtenir des gains significatifs en mati\u00e8re d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des syst\u00e8mes industriels.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le GRETh constitue ainsi <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>un cadre structurant de collaboration entre recherche et industrie<\/strong><\/span>, favorisant \u00e0 la fois la production de connaissances nouvelles, leur diffusion aupr\u00e8s des acteurs du secteur, et l\u2019\u00e9mergence de solutions technologiques innovantes r\u00e9pondant aux enjeux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et environnementaux actuels.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To support its members in their efforts, the <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>GRETh<\/strong><\/span> has set up a <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>support strategy and actions<\/strong><\/span> with these manufacturers within the framework of an original structure enabling <strong><span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\">carry out missions of collective interest, as well as specific services<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>GRETh<\/strong><\/span> carries out collective-interest missions made possible by the pooling of industrial memberships :<\/p>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"checklist tie-list-shortcode\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>technology watch<\/strong><\/span> to its members through the dissemination of scientific and technical results obtained from research and development programs in the field of heat exchangers and, more generally, industrial thermal systems;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>wide distribution of public information<\/strong><\/span> (thesis, technical reports, state of the art, patents... etc.), through various means ranging from conferences to a regularly updated website;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>connecting innovation actors<\/strong><\/span> (research institutes, industrials) through technical days and conferences;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>specialized training course<\/strong><\/span> engineers and technicians in advanced methods for designing and sizing thermal equipment;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">works and <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>numerical calculation tools<\/strong><\/span> allowing you to deepen your knowledge and carry out calculations and dimensioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This approach is complemented by <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>technical and scientific support<\/strong><\/span> to these industrial players within the framework of bilateral contracts that comply with confidentiality and liability obligations specific to technical consultancy assignments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The feedback from this structure, dedicated to the technical and scientific needs of industry, enables us to assess the risks involved, but also the remarkable opportunities offered by innovation projects carried out in particular by small and medium-sized companies in the energy equipment sector.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This experience also shows the urgent need to develop and maintain structures with strong technical skills to provide effective support to industrial sectors.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n\n\t\t<div id=\"2-principe-de-fonctionnement-du-greth\" data-title=\"2. Principe de fonctionnement du GRETh\" class=\"index-title\"><\/div>\n\t\n<h2>GRETh's operating principle : Members decide!<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The annual membership fee paid by each member creates a financial fund which is used to finance <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>actions carried out by GRETh for the benefit of its members<\/strong><\/span> and in the scientific and technical fields that are its core business.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Board of Directors, made up of directors elected by the Annual General Meeting from among the association's active members, <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>helps define GRETh's strategic developments and orientations<\/strong><\/span> in the light of the needs expressed by its members. All the actions proposed by the Board are then put to the vote of the Annual General Meeting, which approves or rejects them. Once approved by the AGM, human and financial resources are committed and allocated to the priority actions that have received the most votes from members. <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>Each year, the association's industrial members decide on the projects and collective actions to be carried out by GRETh.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Today, a limited number of companies can afford to have an R&amp;D structure to carry out the innovation programs they need to ensure their long-term survival. The GRETh team has more than 30 years' experience in this field, <span style=\"color: #be1e2e;\"><strong>provides a support interface for R&amp;D engineers from member companies<\/strong><\/span>; it's an important part of his daily activity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, GRETh invests the bulk of its membership budget in resourcing knowledge, enriching databases, providing information and news on research and technology, making digital heat exchanger sizing tools available, obtaining preferential rates for training, and organizing the Journ\u00e9es Techniques du GRETh, which remains a key national event on the subject of heat exchangers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n\n\t\t<div id=\"3-nos-valeurs\" data-title=\"3.
