Ils sont envisag\u00e9s pour le syst\u00e8me de conversion d\u2019\u00e9nergie du r\u00e9acteur nucl\u00e9aire ASTRID. Pendant le soudage CIC, la probl\u00e9matique est double: ma\u00eetriser la d\u00e9formation des canaux et l\u2019\u00e9volution microstructurale du mat\u00e9riau tout en obtenant des interfaces r\u00e9sistantes. Cette th\u00e8se s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension et \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de la microstructure des assemblages pour d\u00e9finir des crit\u00e8res \u00ab proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00bb permettant l\u2019obtention d\u2019interfaces non marqu\u00e9es par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 et le maintien d\u2019une taille de grains fine. Apr\u00e8s une caract\u00e9risation approfondie de leur surface et de l\u2019\u00e9volution au chauffage de leur microstructure, le comportement au soudage de t\u00f4les en acier aust\u00e9nitique 316L a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9 en faisant varier les param\u00e8tres li\u00e9s au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 (temp\u00e9rature et pression de soudage) et au format des t\u00f4les (\u00e9paisseur, \u00e9tat de surface\u2026). Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que la formation de l\u2019interface est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des m\u00e9canismes de croissance de grain classiques avec un ancrage interfacial plus ou moins marqu\u00e9 selon les caract\u00e9ristiques des surfaces. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques des assemblages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9es afin de d\u00e9terminer la nocivit\u00e9 des d\u00e9fauts rencontr\u00e9s. Si les pores constituent le d\u00e9faut le plus p\u00e9nalisant, l\u2019influence d\u2019autres h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u00e9vidence. Les \u00e9tapes de formation des interfaces ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es par la r\u00e9alisation de cycles de soudage interrompus.
