L\u2019utilisation de Mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 Changement de Phase (MCP) permet d\u2019atteindre une densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9e et de restituer la chaleur \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature constante. Cependant, leur faible conductivit\u00e9 thermique impose d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les transferts thermiques, notamment par l\u2019utilisation d\u2019\u00e9changeurs \u00e0 surface augment\u00e9e. Le but est de comprendre le comportement de tels \u00e9changeurs en r\u00e9gime transitoire au contact de MCP. Une \u00e9tude exp\u00e9rimentale \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, o\u00f9 quatre \u00e9changeurs de type tube-calandre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s avec diff\u00e9rentes orientations (horizontale\/verticale) et injections (haut\/bas), a mis en \u00e9vidence des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de transfert thermique importants, comme la convection naturelle \u00e0 la charge et la contraction volumique \u00e0 la d\u00e9charge. Ces observations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9es par un mod\u00e8le CFD tridimensionnel. Une m\u00e9thode de comparaison des performances bas\u00e9e sur un calcul d\u2019\u00e9nergie par le biais d\u2019un maillage exp\u00e9rimental est propos\u00e9e et permet de s\u00e9lectionner un \u00e9changeur selon les crit\u00e8res de densit\u00e9s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, de temps caract\u00e9ristique et de co\u00fbt. Trois MCP, envisag\u00e9s pour l\u2019application, ont alors \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature r\u00e9elle (100-200 \u00b0C) au contact d\u2019un \u00e9changeur tube inox \u00e0 ailettes transverses en aluminium pour \u00e9valuer leur cyclabilit\u00e9 et comparer leur comportement. Le m\u00e9lange de sels, H105 (Tfusion = 122 \u00b0C), n\u2019est pas retenu pour l\u2019application \u00e0 cause de sa faible densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (\u2248 56 kWh\/m3) et sa plage de fusion trop \u00e9tal\u00e9e. L\u2019acide s\u00e9bacique (Tfusion = 132 \u00b0C) a un comportement r\u00e9p\u00e9table au cours des cycles et une densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (\u2248 66 kWh\/m3).
