Une meilleure gestion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie permet l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique globale des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s ainsi que la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ces conditions, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et la valorisation de la chaleur perdue apparait comme un potentiel pour atteindre ces objectifs. L\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019une pompe \u00e0 chaleur \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature permet une valorisation de pertes calorifiques en satisfaisant des besoins de chauffage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature (>130\u00b0C) qui apparaissent simultan\u00e9ment dans certains proc\u00e9d\u00e9s (distillation, s\u00e9chage\u2026). Malheureusement, les pompes \u00e0 chaleur r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 ces besoins industriels sont indisponibles actuellement.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est dans ce contexte que s\u2019inscrit la pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude qui a permis le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en place d\u2019une pompe \u00e0 chaleur \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature utilisant l\u2019eau comme fluide frigorig\u00e8ne. Les verrous techniques et technologiques limitant la faisabilit\u00e9 d\u2019une telle machine ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lev\u00e9s en concevant une nouvelle architecture de PAC et en d\u00e9veloppant deux types de compresseur : un compresseur bi-vis adapt\u00e9 et un compresseur centrifuge bi-\u00e9tag\u00e9 \u00e0 paliers magn\u00e9tiques. La mise en place de cette PAC munie du compresseur bi-vis est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Un mod\u00e8le dynamique de cette pompe \u00e0 chaleur est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec Modelica en tenant compte de la pr\u00e9sence de gaz incondensables dans la machine. Des mod\u00e8les d\u00e9taill\u00e9s des compresseurs sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en fonction de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques g\u00e9om\u00e9triques. Une \u00e9tude exp\u00e9rimentale de la phase de d\u00e9marrage est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e montrant le processus de purge des incondensables et l'\u00e9volution de certains param\u00e8tres de la pompe \u00e0 chaleur. Ces r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des simulations num\u00e9riques. Plusieurs modes de fonctionnement de la machine de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des pertes calorifiques sont simul\u00e9s num\u00e9riquement et analys\u00e9s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiquement ainsi qu\u2019exerg\u00e9tiquement.
