La recherche de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 maximale dans les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur est d\u2019autant plus forte lorsque ceux-ci ne fonctionnent pas au r\u00e9gime nominal. L\u2019\u00e9tude pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans ce m\u00e9moire se concentre sur une probl\u00e9matique de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des \u00e9changeurs thermiques : la distribution diphasique.<\/p>\n<p>Le but de ce travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 de montrer la faisabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un dispositif am\u00e9liorant la r\u00e9partition des deux phases dans un \u00e9changeur \u00e0 mini canaux. La m\u00e9thode choisie a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019introduction d\u2019ultrasons par le biais de g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs plac\u00e9s dans le distributeur produisant une fontaine. Cette technologie pr\u00e9sente l\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre facilement modulable en ne changeant que la tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e des appareils. Ceci permet donc de pouvoir adapter le dispositif aux diff\u00e9rentes conditions op\u00e9ratoires.<\/p>\n<p>Des essais exp\u00e9rimentaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rentes conditions, en changeant notamment le d\u00e9bit de chaque phase. La densit\u00e9 de flux massique a \u00e9t\u00e9 vari\u00e9e de 60 kg.m-2.s-1 \u00e0 450 kg.m-2.s-1 et le titre massique de moins de 1% \u00e0 plus de 23% en entr\u00e9e de section d\u2019essais. Les comparaisons entre les diff\u00e9rents essais se sont faite par la mesure des d\u00e9bits de chaque phase sortant des canaux. L\u2019introduction des ultrasons a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e en jouant sur le placement et le nombre des g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs d\u2019ultrasons. Cette technologie s\u2019est alors montr\u00e9 viable car la distribution diphasique est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e dans une grande majorit\u00e9 des cas test\u00e9s.
