Il est important de quantifier l\u2019effet des flux de chaleur sur les nombreux m\u00e9canismes afin de mieux d\u00e9crire les performances des tubes en fonction des conditions op\u00e9ratoires. Pour cette \u00e9tude, l\u2019installation \u201cBundle boiling\u201d au Laboratoire de Transfert de Chaleur et de Masse (LTCM) a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour mesurer le transfert de chaleur par \u00e9bullition sur des tubes simples et dispos\u00b4es en faisceau. Des mesures de pertes de charge ont \u00b4\u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour des conditions adiabatiques et non adiabatiques. Deux nouveaux tubes am\u00e9lior\u00e9s fabriqu\u00e9s par Wolverine Tube Inc. (Turbo-B5) et Wieland-Werke AG (Gewa-B5), ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s en \u00e9bullition avec les fluides R134a et R236fa. Les tests ont \u00b4et\u00b4e effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 des conditions op\u00e9ratoire classiques: temp\u00e9ratures de saturation Tsat, d\u00e9bits et flux de chaleur allant respectivement de 5 \u00e0 15 \u00b0C, de 4 \u00e0 35 kg\/m\u00b2-s et de 15 \u00e0 70 kW\/m\u00b2. Une \u00e9tude visuelle des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9coulements a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un endoscope ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans l\u2019arrangement de tubes.<\/p>\n<p>Des mesures de l\u2019att\u00e9nuation de la lumi\u00e8re d\u2019un faisceau laser \u00e0 travers l\u2019\u00e9coulement diphasique et des mesures de fluctuation de la pression locale par capteur pi\u00e9zo-\u00e9lectrique ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 faites afin d\u2019aider \u00e0 la caract\u00e9risation de l\u2019\u00b4ecoulements. Les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes physiques qui r\u00e9gissent l\u2019\u00e9vaporation sur les tubes am\u00e9lior\u00e9s et leurs effets sur les performances du faisceau de tubes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. Une nouvelle m\u00e9thode bas\u00e9e sur une analyse th\u00e9orique de l\u2019\u00b4evaporation en couche mince a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour proposer un nouveau param\u00e8tre de corr\u00e9lation.
