Des entailles sont \u00e9tablies aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s longitudinales pour permettre la communication de ces canaux, leur alimentation et leur 10 \u00e9vacuation \u00e0 partir d'une face lat\u00e9rale de la plaque, alors que l'autre fluide entre et sort par les faces longitudinales. L'\u00e9changeur est plus facile \u00e0 construire.
