Le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019\u00e9changeurs compacts va dans le sens d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de la charge tout en am\u00e9liorant l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019appareil.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le domaine de la climatisation automobile, o\u00f9 la charge de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant est r\u00e9duite et le probl\u00e8me d\u2019encombrement primordial, la recherche de la compacit\u00e9 des \u00e9changeurs est constante. Actuellement, le condenseur et l\u2019\u00e9vaporateur sont issus de technologies diff\u00e9rentes. L\u2019\u00e9vaporateur est la plupart du temps un \u00e9changeur \u00e0 plaques et ailettes, tandis que le condenseur est constitu\u00e9 de tubes plats utilisant la technologie des mini-canaux (diam\u00e8tre hydraulique de l\u2019ordre du mm). Les puissances mises en jeu sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 10 kW.<\/p>\n<p>Il est aujourd\u2019hui envisag\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser la technologie des mini-canaux dans les \u00e9vaporateurs. On consid\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que les dimensions d\u2019un mini-canal sont comprises entre 0,5 mm et 2 mm.
