En effet de nombreuses applications industrielles sont envisag\u00e9es, soit dans le domaine m\u00e9dical (bio-puce, microcanaux sanguins\u2026) que dans le domaine micro\u00e9lectronique (\u00e9changeur compact pour circuit imprim\u00e9\u2026). Les \u00e9tudes se pr\u00e9sentent toujours comme une comparaison des r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9dits par les lois macroscopiques avec les<br \/>\nr\u00e9sultats obtenus en microfluidique.<\/p>\n<p>Elles mettent aussi en avant des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes qui peuvent devenir primordiaux dans certaines manipulations : effet de parois, tension de surface\u2026 Le travail pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 est un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 des connaissances en microfluidique. Il est s\u00e9par\u00e9 en 5 grandes parties. Premi\u00e8rement une synth\u00e8se des r\u00e9sultats de m\u00e9canique des fluides obtenue en monophasique, suivie d\u2019un cas test simul\u00e9 sous Fluent aux \u00e9chelles \u00e9tudi\u00e9es (100mm). Ensuite un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 des corr\u00e9lations utilis\u00e9es en micro\u00e9changeurs. Puis une pr\u00e9sentation des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de capillarit\u00e9s.
