Mais dans la plupart des cas, les fluides utilis\u00e9s sont charg\u00e9s en impuret\u00e9s qui encrassent les surfaces d\u2019\u00e9change ce qui implique une r\u00e9duction des performances thermiques. C\u2019est dans l\u2019optique de la compr\u00e9hension des m\u00e9canismes d\u2019encrassement de ces surfaces d\u2019\u00e9change et de la validation d\u2019une nouvelle g\u00e9om\u00e9trie d\u2019\u00e9changeur que cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Ce document pr\u00e9sente l\u2019\u00e9tude de la collecte de particules sur un tube cylindrique isol\u00e9 et \u00e9galement sur les efficacit\u00e9s de collecte de tubes \u00e0 g\u00e9om\u00e9tries non conventionnelles. Les moyens mis en \u0153uvre sont exp\u00e9rimentaux et num\u00e9riques. La boucle d\u2019essais g\u00e9n\u00e8re un \u00e9coulement d\u2019air dans une veine rectangulaire (3500 = Re = 5500) dans des conditions isothermes.<\/p>\n<p>Les particules inject\u00e9es sont des particules de verre dont le diam\u00e8tre est compris entre 5 \u00b5m et 30 \u00b5m. Un compteur laser permet de mesurer le nombre de particules collect\u00e9es par tranche granulom\u00e9trique. Pour mod\u00e9liser l\u2019\u00e9coulement et le suivi des particules, le logiciel FLUENT est utilis\u00e9. Une premi\u00e8re campagne de mesures a permis de qualifier la m\u00e9thode exp\u00e9rimentale vis \u00e0 vis des r\u00e9sultats th\u00e9orique et num\u00e9rique trouv\u00e9s dans la litt\u00e9rature. Dans les conditions \u00e9tudi\u00e9es, le m\u00e9canisme d\u2019impaction inertielle semble \u00eatre pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant.
