De nombreuses ann\u00e9es de recherche acad\u00e9mique et industrielle ont permis d\u2019am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement le transfert de chaleur c\u00f4t\u00e9 vaporisation, rendant les performances thermiques actuellement comparables c\u00f4t\u00e9 vaporisation et c\u00f4t\u00e9 condensation. L\u2019objectif de cette th\u00e8se est donc d\u2019\u00e9tudier les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes physiques survenant dans les passages condensation de ces \u00e9changeurs, et plus particuli\u00e8rement de tester de nouvelles structurations de surfaces afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer de mani\u00e8re passive le transfert thermique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans le cadre de cette th\u00e8se, principalement exp\u00e9rimentale, un banc d\u2019essai cryog\u00e9nique ayant une temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement comprise autour de 77 K, permettant de tester des maquettes r\u00e9duites de vaporiseurs-condenseurs (100*200 mm, un passage condensation, un passage vaporisation), a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, instrument\u00e9 et mis en route. Deux maquettes fabriqu\u00e9es et instrument\u00e9es selon un protocole d\u00e9termin\u00e9 dans le cadre de la th\u00e8se sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9es. La premi\u00e8re maquette est dot\u00e9e d\u2019une surface plane c\u00f4t\u00e9 condensation. Plusieurs structurations de surface sont successivement r\u00e9alis\u00e9es : 4 surfaces rugueuses de rugosit\u00e9 Ra comprise entre 0,07 \u03bcm \u00e0 7,62 \u03bcm, et 1 surface cannel\u00e9e. La deuxi\u00e8me maquette pr\u00e9sente des ailettes similaires \u00e0 celles utilis\u00e9es dans les vaporiseurs-condenseurs industriels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les performances thermiques obtenues (flux et coefficients d\u2019\u00e9changes locaux et globaux) sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es pour diff\u00e9rentes conditions de sous-refroidissement pari\u00e9tal et d\u2019arrosage. Les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes entrant en jeu lors de la condensation sur une surface d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e 2D sont expliqu\u00e9s physiquement, au regard de la litt\u00e9rature et les valeurs obtenues sont compar\u00e9es aux valeurs pr\u00e9dites par les corr\u00e9lations pr\u00e9sentes dans la litt\u00e9rature.
