Application aux r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateurs de chaleur sur fum\u00e9es industrielles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Summary :<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nCette \u00e9tude concerne les performances d'un \u00e9changeur de chaleur \u00e0 lit fluidis\u00e9 destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration sur des fum\u00e9es industrielles.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux issus du fonctionnement en conditions propres ont permis d\u00e9valuer l'influence de la taille des mat\u00e9riaux fluidis\u00e9s sur le coefficient d'\u00e9change thermique maximal, ainsi que la pr\u00e9cision des corr\u00e9lations utilis\u00e9es lors du dimensionnement.<\/p>\n<p>La faisabilit\u00e9 d'un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur \u00e0 lit fluidis\u00e9 sur les gaz d'\u00e9chappement d'un moteur diesel a \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e. Des essais de longue dur\u00e9e ont permis de mesurer l'influence du r\u00e9gime de fluidisation et de la temp\u00e9rature de paroi sur le degr\u00e9 d'encrassement de l'\u00e9changeur.<\/p>\n<p>Les possibilit\u00e9s de filtration des fum\u00e9es ainsi que le r\u00f4le de silencieux d'\u00e9chappement de l'\u00e9changeur \u00e0 lit fluidis\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u00e9vidence.
