L\u2019\u00e9tude bibliographique a permis de s\u00e9lectionner le refroidissement par spray comme technique prometteuse pour dissiper des flux de chaleur au-del\u00e0 de 100 W\/cm2. Une \u00e9tude hydraulique, utilisant de l\u2019eau et du HFE7100 comme fluides de refroidissement, nous a permis de valider des mod\u00e8les permettant de d\u00e9terminer la taille et la vitesse de gouttes provenant d\u2019une s\u00e9lection de buses de spray. Pour la partie thermique, nous avons con\u00e7u une section d\u2019essais (\u00e9vaporateur) permettant de pulv\u00e9riser en spray afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier le refroidissement avec une boucle ferm\u00e9e diphasique. Vu la complexit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de spray influenc\u00e9 par plusieurs param\u00e8tres et ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes physiques, nous avons isol\u00e9 le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u2019\u00e9bullition nucl\u00e9\u00e9e dans une configuration en \u00e9bullition nucl\u00e9\u00e9e avec un \u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant identique \u00e0 celui employ\u00e9 avec le refroidissement par spray. Pour am\u00e9liorer les \u00e9changes thermiques, 6 surfaces avec diff\u00e9rentes structurations (macroscopiques, microscopiques et hybrides) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es. Les r\u00e9sultats de tests avec ces surfaces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9s avec une surface lisse tant pour le refroidissement par spray que pour le refroidissement en vase. D\u2019une part, avec un refroidissement par spray, les surfaces macrostructur\u00e9es nous ont permis de dissiper des puissances thermiques de l\u2019ordre de 140 W\/cm2 avec d\u2019importants coefficients de transfert thermique. D\u2019autre part, avec un syst\u00e8me de refroidissement par immersion, une des surfaces hybrides a montr\u00e9 \u00eatre la plus performante. Les r\u00e9sultats report\u00e9s dans cette th\u00e8se ont permis d\u2019approfondir la compr\u00e9hension des m\u00e9canismes de transfert de chaleur en refroidissement par spray.
