La fabrication de g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes (canaux rectangulaires millim\u00e9triques) est possible gr\u00e2ce au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage diffusion : des t\u00f4les rainur\u00e9es en acier inoxydable 316L sont empil\u00e9es en conteneur et soud\u00e9es lors d'un cycle de Compaction Isostatique \u00e0 Chaud (CIC). La probl\u00e9matique est alors d'obtenir des interfaces r\u00e9sistantes tout en limitant la d\u00e9formation des canaux nuisible \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9changeur. Pour arriver au meilleur compromis, les travaux de cette th\u00e8se vont aider \u00e0 l\u2019optimisation des param\u00e8tres pression\/temps\/temp\u00e9rature du cycle de CIC. Le premier axe de travail porte sur la simulation num\u00e9rique de la d\u00e9formation d\u2019un tel \u00e9changeur lors de la CIC. L\u2019influence des param\u00e8tres num\u00e9riques (taille des \u00e9l\u00e9ments, crit\u00e8re de convergence) a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e afin d\u2019optimiser la pr\u00e9cision et la vitesse des calculs. Les simulations ont mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019importance des d\u00e9fauts d\u2019empilements de la structure (glissements et ondulations des t\u00f4les) dans l\u2019augmentation de la d\u00e9form\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9changeur. Puis une caract\u00e9risation m\u00e9canique pouss\u00e9e des t\u00f4les lamin\u00e9es a men\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019identification d\u2019une loi de comportement entre 20\u00b0C \u00e0 1040\u00b0C.Le second axe porte sur la mod\u00e9lisation de l'\u00e9volution des interfaces lors du soudage diffusion et la pr\u00e9diction de la tenue m\u00e9canique de ces derni\u00e8res, l'ensemble pouvant mener \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition d'un crit\u00e8re de validit\u00e9 des interfaces. Une \u00e9tude microstructurale et m\u00e9caniques des interfaces a permis d\u2019\u00e9tablir une corr\u00e9lation entre la tenue m\u00e9canique d\u2019un joint soud\u00e9-diffus\u00e9 et son taux de surface soud\u00e9e. En effet, la disparition de la porosit\u00e9 r\u00e9siduelle est le crit\u00e8re principal pour obtenir de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques \u00e0 l\u2019interface. Toutefois, le franchissement de l\u2019interface par les joints de grains, est n\u00e9cessaire pour retrouver les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des t\u00f4les lamin\u00e9es. Un mod\u00e8le analytique de fermeture des porosit\u00e9s (Hill et Wallach) est utilis\u00e9 pour calculer le taux de surface soud\u00e9e d\u2019une interface en fonction des param\u00e8tres du cycle de CIC en mod\u00e9lisant la contribution des m\u00e9canismes (visco)plastique et diffusifs (en surface et au joint).
