Ce projet pluridisciplinaire se compose d\u2019une \u00e9tude num\u00e9rique et exp\u00e9rimentale du comportement thermom\u00e9canique des mat\u00e9riaux (polym\u00e8res charg\u00e9s) et s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 l\u2019analyse num\u00e9rique et exp\u00e9rimentale des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur \u00e0 tube-ailette en polym\u00e8re. En effet, il vise principalement au : (i) d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes polym\u00e8res charg\u00e9s \u00e0 conductivit\u00e9 thermique am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. (ii) L\u2019\u00e9tude de nouvelles architectures et conceptions d\u2019\u00e9changeurs utilisant des polym\u00e8res \u00e0 conductivit\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Le premier point est atteint par une \u00e9tude num\u00e9rique, \u00e9laboration et caract\u00e9risations exp\u00e9rimentales des formulations polym\u00e8re-charge montrant une conductivit\u00e9 thermique int\u00e9ressante. Le deuxi\u00e8me point est trait\u00e9 par une optimisation des param\u00e8tres g\u00e9om\u00e9triques de configurations classiques d\u2019\u00e9changeurs de chaleur tube-ailettes par voie de simulations num\u00e9riques. Une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur un \u00e9changeur \u00e0 rang de tubes permet de montrer la pertinence du point de vue \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d\u2019un \u00e9changeur tube-ailettes en mat\u00e9riau polym\u00e8re. Une seconde partie est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude de plusieurs configurations d\u2019\u00e9changeurs multi-tubulaires \u00e0 plusieurs rangs de tubes d\u00e9finies \u00e0 partir des r\u00e9sultats de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e9tape. Les performances thermo-a\u00e9rauliques de ces configurations sont favorablement compar\u00e9es \u00e0 celles d\u2019\u00e9changeurs m\u00e9talliques traditionnels.
