Cette th\u00e8se se focalise sur l\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019encrassement des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur de surface et plus sp\u00e9cifiquement sur la mod\u00e9lisation et la simulation de l\u2019\u00e9volution d\u2019un d\u00e9p\u00f4t. L\u2019encrassement conduit \u00e0 des pertes d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et n\u00e9cessite la mise en place de moyens de pr\u00e9vention ou de nettoyage, entra\u00eenant d\u2019importants surco\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le mod\u00e8le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral propos\u00e9 d\u00e9crit des r\u00e9actions h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes entre deux phases multi-constituantes, l\u2019une liquide et l\u2019autre solide. La phase liquide est une solution contenant des ions dilu\u00e9s dans un solvant, tandis que le solide est compos\u00e9 de constituants immobiles. L\u2019\u00e9lectro-migration des esp\u00e8ces est prise en compte dans la description. L\u2019interface entre les deux phases est le si\u00e8ge de multiples r\u00e9actions h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes. Les conditions aux limites faisant intervenir la vitesse de l\u2019interface permettent le couplage complet entre les deux domaines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce mod\u00e8le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est ensuite appliqu\u00e9 au cas particulier de l\u2019encrassement d\u2019un tube par formation de sels et r\u00e9solu \u00e0 l\u2019aide de Comsol Multiphysics. La simulation d\u2019un cas simplifi\u00e9 d\u2019encrassement par le sulfate de baryum a permis d\u2019analyser la ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nologie de la croissance du d\u00e9p\u00f4t et de mettre en \u00e9vidence les effets des \u00e9volutions de la solubilit\u00e9 et de la cin\u00e9tique via la chute de temp\u00e9rature dans le tube, ainsi que de la mobilit\u00e9 radiale des esp\u00e8ces par diffusion qui limite la croissance. L\u2019\u00e9lectro-migration participe significativement au transport mais n\u2019influence pas l\u2019\u00e9paisseur du d\u00e9p\u00f4t. L\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019une r\u00e9action de cristallisation de la barytine instantan\u00e9ment \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e conduit \u00e0 une forte surestimation de l\u2019encrassement.
