Conf\u00e9rer ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s aux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s existants est un challenge complexe qui induit souvent une r\u00e9organisation des unit\u00e9s. Dans ce cadre, la m\u00e9thodologie RREFlex a pour objectif de proposer des solutions alternatives d\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 la fois viables, robustes et adaptables via le remodelage des r\u00e9seaux d\u2019\u00e9changeurs de chaleur d\u00e9j\u00e0 install\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contrairement \u00e0 la conception initiale consistant \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser de mani\u00e8re conjointe la conception du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 et du r\u00e9seau d\u2019\u00e9changeur de chaleur associ\u00e9, l\u2019exercice de remodelage d\u2019unit\u00e9s existantes peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer sensiblement plus complexe. En effet, il s\u2019inscrit souvent dans une d\u00e9marche d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue sur des installations ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 connu au cours de leur vie des transformations pour faire face aux \u00e9volutions de la demande ou \u00e0 de nouvelles contraintes environnementales. Aujourd\u2019hui, nombre d\u2019analyses de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur les sites industriels mais celles-ci ne donnent pas n\u00e9cessairement lieu \u00e0 des r\u00e9alisations concr\u00e8tes. Les raisons le plus souvent invoqu\u00e9es sont d\u2019ordre financi\u00e8res mais aussi, pratiques. En effet, les solutions propos\u00e9es ne sont pas toujours r\u00e9alistes d\u2019un point de vue op\u00e9rationnelle car elles tiennent rarement compte de la variabilit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9, soit due \u00e0 des perturbations non maitris\u00e9es sur les temp\u00e9ratures et les d\u00e9bits, soit due \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de multiples points de fonctionnement (changement de campagne, \u00e9volution de la charge, etc.). De plus, ces solutions tiennent peu compte des contraintes sp\u00e9cifiques du site \u00e9tudi\u00e9 (topologie des unit\u00e9s, compatibilit\u00e9 des courants, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, etc.), la formulation a priori de ces derni\u00e8res ne pouvant \u00eatre exhaustive. L\u2019outil RREFlex - outil Robuste pour la synth\u00e8se de R\u00e9seaux d\u2019Echangeurs Flexibles - a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour pallier autant que possible ces limites.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u2019appuyant sur une analyse statistique des historiques de mesures remont\u00e9s en salle de contr\u00f4le, un premier module - EDiFy : Enhanced Data collection for Flexibility analysis - permet de localiser et de caract\u00e9riser les diff\u00e9rents cas de marche des unit\u00e9s. Notamment, la valeur moyenne et la variance des donn\u00e9es caract\u00e9ristiques du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 (temp\u00e9ratures, flux calorifiques) sont estim\u00e9es pour chaque cas de marche. Ce jeu de donn\u00e9es \u00e9tant souvent incomplet, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019avoir recours \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le de simulation du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 pour le compl\u00e9ter et valider la coh\u00e9rence des donn\u00e9es mesur\u00e9es pour chaque cas de marche potentiellement identifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sur cette base, une seconde \u00e9tape d\u00e9di\u00e9e au diagnostic \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer la pertinence des \u00e9changeurs de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d\u00e9j\u00e0 install\u00e9s. Cette analyse permet d\u2019identifier et de prioriser un ensemble de scenarii de remodelage consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme prometteurs. Chacun d\u2019eux est d\u00e9fini par la liste des \u00e9changeurs \u00e0 reconsid\u00e9rer et un certain nombre de param\u00e8tres de configuration. Chaque scenario retenu est alors exploit\u00e9 pour la synth\u00e8se du r\u00e9seau d\u2019\u00e9changeurs associ\u00e9. Cette \u00e9tape s\u2019appuie sur un mod\u00e8le de programmation lin\u00e9aire mixte multi-p\u00e9riode (PLM) pour d\u00e9terminer la nouvelle topologie du r\u00e9seau d\u2019\u00e9changeurs. Dans ce cadre, le mod\u00e8le a \u00e9videmment la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019introduire de nouveaux \u00e9changeurs mais aussi de d\u00e9placer les \u00e9changeurs existants et conserv\u00e9s dans un sc\u00e9nario donn\u00e9, tant qu\u2019ils couplent la m\u00eame paire de courant qu\u2019initialement. Les r\u00e9seaux obtenus sont donc adaptables aux diff\u00e9rents cas de marche identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape et reconfigurable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019implantation de by-pass. Le panel de r\u00e9seaux propos\u00e9s est enfin \u00e9valu\u00e9 et class\u00e9 au moyen d\u2019indicateurs de performance, dont notamment la robustesse vis-\u00e0-vis de la variabilit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.
