Le CET le plus courant sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais est compos\u00e9 d\u2019une PAC sur air ext\u00e9rieur, au R134a, dont le condenseur est de type manteau, entourant le ballon de stockage. Bien que le syst\u00e8me arrive \u00e0 maturit\u00e9, les performances annuelles semblent encore loin des performances th\u00e9oriques. Cette th\u00e8se a donc pour objectif l\u2019optimisation des performances \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques des CET, en partant du CET standard fran\u00e7ais, selon un principe de compromis technico-\u00e9conomique. Pour cela, un mod\u00e8le d\u00e9taill\u00e9 du CET standard est \u00e9labor\u00e9. La PAC est mod\u00e9lis\u00e9e sous Dymola \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la biblioth\u00e8que TIL. Le ballon de stockage est mod\u00e9lis\u00e9 par une combinaison d\u2019une approche zonale et d\u2019un mod\u00e8le 1D. Ce mod\u00e8le d\u00e9taill\u00e9 est calibr\u00e9 et valid\u00e9 exp\u00e9rimentalement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des essais d\u2019un CET standard r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en enceintes climatiques. Ce mod\u00e8le est ensuite utilis\u00e9 pour identifier les principaux gisements d\u2019\u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Une premi\u00e8re analyse permet d\u2019identifier les param\u00e8tres les plus influents sur les performances du CET. Cette s\u00e9lection conduit ensuite \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un mod\u00e8le simplifi\u00e9, plus apte \u00e0 \u00e9tudier des p\u00e9riodes longues de fonctionnement en int\u00e9grant des crit\u00e8res de co\u00fbt et de confort. Une \u00e9tude sp\u00e9cifique, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un algorithme g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer le potentiel d\u2019optimisation li\u00e9 au pilotage du CET. Une \u00e9tude multi-param\u00e9trique montre ensuite que le design des \u00e9changeurs joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important. Les r\u00e9sultats de ces deux voies prometteuses d\u2019optimisation du CET \u00e9tant inter-d\u00e9pendants, une derni\u00e8re partie consiste en une \u00e9tude multicrit\u00e8re.
