Nous avons particuli\u00e8rement mis l'accent sur le refroidissement des serveurs informatiques. Une premi\u00e8re partie consiste en l'\u00e9tude des moyens d'am\u00e9lioration des techniques de refroidissement existantes, tandis que la deuxi\u00e8me partie est une r\u00e9flexion sur des techniques de refroidissement alternatives potentiellement plus efficaces et r\u00e9pondant aux demandes actuelles du contr\u00f4le thermique industriel. Dans le premier chapitre, nous analysons la bibliographie et la th\u00e9orie relatives aux ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes physiques derri\u00e8re les techniques de refroidissement \u00e9tudi\u00e9es. Ensuite, une classification des techniques de refroidissement est propos\u00e9e en fin de chapitre. Ce chapitre a servi de base pour l'am\u00e9lioration des technologies de refroidissement existantes et \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion sur de nouvelles techniques plus efficaces. Le second chapitre porte sur l'optimisation d'une plaque froide, destin\u00e9e au refroidissement des serveurs informatiques, en s'aidant d'un outil num\u00e9rique et d'essais exp\u00e9rimentaux.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons not\u00e9 une augmentation des transferts de chaleur dans la plaque froide en utilisant des inserts, notamment ceux en forme de losange dispos\u00e9s en quinconce. A l'inverse, l'utilisation de certains nanofluides en tant que fluides caloporteurs ne semble pas apporter de gain significatif. Dans le troisi\u00e8me chapitre nous d\u00e9taillons la d\u00e9marche suivie pour la conception d'un dissipateur de chaleur bas\u00e9 sur une technologie caloducs, destin\u00e9 au refroidissement des cartes \u00e9lectroniques. En premier lieu, nous pr\u00e9sentons le mod\u00e8le thermohydraulique de dimensionnement d'un caloduc cylindrique ; une \u00e9tude param\u00e9trique (g\u00e9om\u00e9trique, type de fluide,...) nous a permis d'identifier le jeu de param\u00e8tres donnant la meilleure performance du caloduc. En second lieu, nous \u00e9voquons les tests r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur le dissipateur de chaleur \u00e0 caloduc qui nous am\u00e8nent \u00e0 valider en partie le mod\u00e8le thermohydraulique d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. Le dernier chapitre porte sur la r\u00e9alisation et l'\u00e9tude d'un d\u00e9monstrateur pour le refroidissement des cartes \u00e9lectroniques par immersion dans un liquide \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature de saturation. On commence par la mise en place et l'utilisation d'un mod\u00e8le num\u00e9rique pour la conception du d\u00e9monstrateur, puis des tests exp\u00e9rimentaux sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.
