La miniaturisation d\u2019un grand nombre de syst\u00e8mes qui dissipent des densit\u00e9s de flux de chaleur a conduit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019\u00e9changeurs de chaleur de faibles diam\u00e8tres hydrauliques.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai au cours de ma th\u00e8se r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des exp\u00e9riences d\u2019\u00e9bullition convective en micro-canaux, pour les liquides n-Pentane et FC-72. Les diam\u00e8tres hydrauliques \u00e9tudi\u00e9s varient entre 700 et 800 &#956;m. Le chauffage des micro-canaux en verre est effectu\u00e9 en utilisant un d\u00e9p\u00f4t m\u00e9tallique r\u00e9sistif transparent. J\u2019ai analys\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9coulement diphasique en utilisant une cam\u00e9ra rapide et des capteurs de pression plac\u00e9s en entr\u00e9e et sortie du micro-canal. J\u2019ai mesure les transferts de chaleur en utilisant une cam\u00e9ra infrarouge. Des instabilit\u00e9s hydrodynamiques se manifestent p\u00e9riodiquement par l\u2019\u00e9vacuation du m\u00e9lange diphasique.
