Les pr\u00e9sents travaux de recherche envisagent diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodologies d\u2019optimisation de configurations assurant le transfert de flux de chaleur, couple ou non a un \u00e9coulement fluide, au sens topologique du terme. Les \u00e9quations aux d\u00e9riv\u00e9es partielles d\u00e9crivant les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes physiques sont discr\u00e9tis\u00e9es avec la m\u00e9thode des volumes finis. La premi\u00e8re partie du manuscrit examine successivement trois classes diff\u00e9rentes de m\u00e9thodes : la th\u00e9orie constructale, les automates cellulaires et les m\u00e9thodes par p\u00e9nalisation. Le m\u00eame cas acad\u00e9mique, portant sur le refroidissement d\u2019un volume fini g\u00e9n\u00e9rant de la chaleur, est r\u00e9solu au moyen de ces trois m\u00e9thodes, ce qui permet ainsi de comparer les performances de chaque algorithme. Cette comparaison d\u00e9montre l\u2019ascendant des m\u00e9thodes par p\u00e9nalisation sur les deux premiers types, tant structurellement que quantitativement, et permet \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00e9tablir des solutions bas\u00e9es sur des compromis dans le cadre d\u2019optimisations multi-objectifs.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, la seconde partie envisage l\u2019application de cette approche a des configurations r\u00e9alisant des transferts de chaleur conducto-convectifs en r\u00e9gime laminaire. L\u2019utilisation de param\u00e8tres de p\u00e9nalisation en conjonction avec les volumes finis requiert une r\u00e9gularisation de la dissipation visqueuse le long de l\u2019interface fluide\/solide. Une approche bi-objectif est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e visant \u00e0 minimiser la puissance dissip\u00e9e par le fluide, tout en maximisant l\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e sur le syst\u00e8me. Les solutions obtenues adoptent des configurations non-triviales qui sont divisibles en quatre classes topologiques diff\u00e9rentes.
