Ce type d'\u00e9vaporateur peut potentiellement \u00eatre largement employ\u00e9 dans l'industrie p\u00e9trochimique, pour la d\u00e9salinisation de l'eau de mer ou dans les grands syst\u00e8mes de climatisation.<\/p>\n<p>Un stand d'essai exp\u00e9rimental a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 afin d'\u00e9tudier l'\u00e9vaporation de R-134a liquide s'\u00e9coulant verticalement sur un alignement de 10 tubes horizontaux en cuivre d'une longueur de 0.55m et de diam\u00e8tre 19.1mm. Un soin particulier a \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9 \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de l'uniformit\u00e9 de la distribution de liquide au niveau du tube sup\u00e9rieur. Les tubes test\u00e9s sont: un tube lisse de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, deux tubes \u00e0 surface m\u00e9caniquement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e (Turbo-BII HP et GeWa-B) et un tube \u00e0 rev\u00eatement poreux (High-Flux). Les mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour trois espacements entre les tubes, trois flux de chaleur nominaux et une large gamme de d\u00e9bit de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant s'\u00e9coulant sur les tubes. Les coefficients de transfert de chaleur en \u00e9bullition en vase ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9s afin d'\u00e9tablir une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>Les param\u00e8tres exp\u00e9rimentaux sont le nombre de Reynolds du film liquide qui est compris entre 0 et 3000, la densit\u00e9 de flux de chaleur locale qui varie entre 20 et 60kW\/m2 et la distance s\u00e9parant les axes des tubes qui est comprise entre 22.3 et 25.5mm. Les coefficients de transfert de chaleur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9s localement au milieu des tubes pour chacun des dix tubes. L'\u00e9tude montre qu'il existe deux types de fonctionnements fondamentaux caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par un nombre de Reynolds de film particulier:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Au-dessus de ce nombre de Reynolds seuil, l'\u00e9bullition nucl\u00e9\u00e9e dans le film gouverne le transfert de chaleur; ce coefficient d'\u00e9change de chaleur local devient alors ind\u00e9pendant du nombre de Reynolds.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 En de\u00e7\u00e0, l'apparition de zones ass\u00e9ch\u00e9es entra\u00eene une forte chute du coefficient d'\u00e9change local.<\/p>\n<p>Le coefficient de transfert de chaleur par \u00e9vaporation de film est approximativement 1.3 fois plus important que le coefficient de transfert de chaleur en \u00e9bullition en vase et ce coefficient multiplicateur est fonction du flux de chaleur et de l'espacement entre les tubes mais pas des modes d'\u00e9coulement du liquide.<\/p>\n<p>A l'issue de ce travail, la compr\u00e9hension des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes impliqu\u00e9s dans l'\u00e9vaporation des fluides r\u00e9frig\u00e9rants en film tombant a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Une m\u00e9thode pour pr\u00e9dire la limite d'apparition des zones s\u00e8ches a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et une corr\u00e9lation pour le transfert de chaleur lors de l'\u00e9vaporation en film tombant propos\u00e9e.
