Deux technologies d\u2019\u00e9changeur de chaleur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenues pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d\u2019un tel appareil :<\/p>\n<p>- PCHE, Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger fabriqu\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 HEATRIC,<br \/>\n- plaques et ailettes bras\u00e9es en inox, fabriqu\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 NORDON.<\/p>\n<p>Ces \u00e9changeurs doivent avoir une forte compacit\u00e9 et une forte efficacit\u00e9 thermique (95%). De plus ils doivent apporter tous les gages de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 devant des fonctionnements en r\u00e9gime transitoire extr\u00eamement s\u00e9v\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Ce pr\u00e9sent m\u00e9moire pr\u00e9sente l\u2019\u00e9tude num\u00e9rique et exp\u00e9rimentale de deux maquettes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateur r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p>Ces maquettes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9es sur la boucle haute temp\u00e9rature CLAIRE. Les tests ont valid\u00e9 les caract\u00e9ristiques thermohydrauliques de deux technologies pour un fonctionnement en r\u00e9gime permanent. La divergence des r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux par rapport aux th\u00e9oriques est analys\u00e9e et comment\u00e9e.<br \/>\nUne autre partie des tests repose sur le test des maquettes en r\u00e9gime transitoire. Les maquettes subissent un maximum de cycles transitoires afin de reproduire des \u00e9v\u00e9nements incidentels de la vie du GT-MHR.<\/p>\n<p>Ces essais ne sont pas d\u00e9di\u00e9s au choix d\u00e9finitif de la technologie d'\u00e9changeurs.
