{"id":1101,"date":"2004-10-19T14:30:56","date_gmt":"2004-10-19T12:30:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/greth.fr\/?p=1101"},"modified":"2023-02-24T10:12:14","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T09:12:14","slug":"developpement-dechangeurs-de-chaleur-microstructures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greth.fr\/en\/developpement-dechangeurs-de-chaleur-microstructures\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;\u00e9changeurs de chaleur microstructur\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Summary :<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nCe travail de recherche, effectu\u00e9 en vue de l'obtention du Dipl\u00f4me de Recherche Technologique, a pour but le d\u00e9veloppement d'\u00e9changeurs microstructur\u00e9s et a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au sein du Groupement sur la Recherche sur les Echangeurs Thermiques et l\u2019Energie (GREThE) au Commissariat \u00e0 l'Energie Atomique (CEA) de Grenoble.<\/p>\n<p>L'essor des microtechnologies et l'optimisation des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur a permis l'\u00e9mergence depuis quelques ann\u00e9es de nouvelles structures de circulation de fluides \u00e0 des \u00e9chelles inf\u00e9rieures au millim\u00e8tre, permettant ainsi de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9changeurs ultracompacts.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9changeurs microstructur\u00e9s sont des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur dont les diam\u00e8tres hydrauliques sont inf\u00e9rieurs au millim\u00e8tre mais avec des cotes ext\u00e9rieures de plusieurs centim\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>Le travail repose sur deux brevets d\u00e9pos\u00e9s par le CEA et la caract\u00e9risation de ces deux g\u00e9om\u00e9tries. Un premier concept de type courant crois\u00e9 trouve plut\u00f4t des applications en \u00e9changeur de chaleur Gaz\/Liquide. Un second de type contre-courant se destine plus \u00e0 des applications Liquide\/Liquide. Une approche avec des mod\u00e8les analytiques simplifi\u00e9s et par simulation num\u00e9rique a \u00e9t\u00e9 employ\u00e9e pour chacun des concepts.
