Dans le cas des fluides purs, nous avons montr\u00e9 l'importance de prendre en compte les r\u00e9gimes d'\u00e9coulement qui pr\u00e9valent \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la conduite pour am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9cision sur la pr\u00e9diction du coefficient d'\u00e9change. Cette approche est la seule permettant de tenir compte du r\u00e9gime dispers\u00e9 intervenant \u00e0 titre en vapeur \u00e9lev\u00e9. Nous avons ainsi valid\u00e9 la corr\u00e9lation de Kattan avec une modification du coefficient d'\u00e9change convectif.<br \/>\nDans le cas des m\u00e9langes z\u00e9otropes, nous avons remarqu\u00e9 une nette d\u00e9gradation du coefficient d'\u00e9change en \u00e9bullition convective. Cette d\u00e9croissance est d'autant plus importante que le glissement de temp\u00e9rature du m\u00e9lange est \u00e9lev\u00e9. Nous avons propos\u00e9 le mod\u00e8le de Kattan en l'adaptant au m\u00e9lange par la prise en compte de nouvelles r\u00e9sistances de transfert de masse. Cette nouvelle approche a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e par la comparaison des r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux avec la corr\u00e9lation de Cavallini sous sa forme originale.
