La structure de l'\u00e9coulement dans ce type de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s complexe, il est n\u00e9cessaire en premier lieu d'\u00e9tudier l'\u00e9volution des performances thermohydrauliques en fonction des param\u00e8tres op\u00e9ratoires et g\u00e9om\u00e9triques.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude bibliographique caract\u00e9risant l'hydrodynamique et la thermique dans les \u00e9changeurs \u00e0 plaques est donc pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans le chapitre 1. Dans le chapitre 2, une description d\u00e9taill\u00e9e du m\u00e9canisme d'encrassement particulaire, des principaux mod\u00e8les existants, ainsi que des param\u00e8tres influen\u00e7ant l'amplitude du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e.
