Les performances des machines \u00e0 absorption sont exprim\u00e9es suivant les temp\u00e9ratures et les COP qu\u2019elles peuvent atteindre. Ces deux param\u00e8tres d\u00e9pendent de l\u2019architecture de la machine, des composants utilis\u00e9s et de la paire de fluides r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant-absorbant circulant dans la machine. L\u2019objectif principal de ce travail est l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des performances en termes de COP, et des niveaux de temp\u00e9ratures atteignables par ces cycles. On cible une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des machines \u00e0 absorption qui puisse am\u00e9liorer la valorisation de la chaleur fatale.<br \/>\nLes cycles conventionnels simples, SAHT et SARC qui sont les plus utilis\u00e9s dans l\u2019industrie, fonctionnent \u00e0 deux niveaux de pression, mais sont limit\u00e9s par leurs gammes de temp\u00e9ratures op\u00e9ratoires. Pour cela, toutes les configurations existantes des deux machines sont examin\u00e9es afin de trouver le ou les architectures r\u00e9pondant aux contraintes demand\u00e9es. Trois cycles sont retenus, dont le DAHT (transformateur de chaleur \u00e0 absorption double) et l\u2019EAHT (transformateur de chaleur \u00e0 absorption-\u00e9jection) qui peuvent remplacer le SAHT, et l\u2019EARC (cycle de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration par absorption-\u00e9jection) qui peut remplacer le SARC. Les trois cycles obtenus transforme les machines \u00e0 absorption de l'op\u00e9ration \u00e0 deux niveaux de pression vers l'op\u00e9ration \u00e0 trois niveaux de pression.<br \/>\nInd\u00e9pendamment des architectures des cycles, les machines \u00e0 absorption existantes rencontrent des probl\u00e8mes de corrosion pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e, de cristallisation de sels, de toxicit\u00e9 en cas de fuite et des niveaux de pression contraignants tr\u00e8s \u00e9loign\u00e9s de la pression atmosph\u00e9rique. Ces probl\u00e8mes sont caus\u00e9s par les fluides conventionnels, l\u2019Eau\/Bromure de lithium et l\u2019Ammoniaque\/Eau. Des mod\u00e8les de conception ainsi que des solutions techniques, applicables avec tous les m\u00e9langes de fluides organiques, sont propos\u00e9s. Ces mod\u00e8les sont impl\u00e9ment\u00e9s dans des outils d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision. Le choix des fluides \u00e0 tester est bas\u00e9 sur des crit\u00e8res techniques et des crit\u00e8res environnementaux. Le choix des architectures et des paires de fluides de travail des cycles AHT et ARC n\u2019est pas suffisant pour atteindre les objectifs cibl\u00e9s. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u00e9tudier les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes qui se d\u00e9roulent dans les composants des cycles peu \u00e9tudi\u00e9s, tels que l\u2019absorption (existante dans tous les cycles \u00e0 absorption), et le d\u00e9couplage en termes de pression entre l'\u00e9vaporateur et l'absorbeur. Ainsi, on \u00e9tudie l'absorption existante respectivement dans l'absorbeur (film tombant) et l'\u00e9jecteur liquidevapeur, et la compression existante respectivement dans les \u00e9jecteurs liquide
