La phase gazeuse peut \u00eatre indiff\u00e9remment constitu\u00e9e de la vapeur seule ou bien d'un m\u00e9lange de la vapeur et d'un autre gaz incondensable. Ce terme est le plus souvent utilis\u00e9 dans le cas de la condensation de la vapeur d'eau contenue dans l'air humide.<\/p>\n<p>On se propose d'\u00e9tudier dans ce travail les m\u00e9canismes de la formation du givre. L'analyse des transferts de chaleur et de masse \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du d\u00e9p\u00f4t de givre conduit \u00e0 proposer un mod\u00e8le complet de croissance et de densification de la couche de givre.
