Or, la pratique vient infirmer cette hypoth\u00e8se : la distribution du fluide s'av\u00e8re \u00eatre h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne et le coefficient d'\u00e9change global de l'appareil en est ainsi r\u00e9duit. Cette distribution non uniforme peut exister d\u00e8s l'entr\u00e9e de la premi\u00e8re passe, ou bien provenir du retournement entre passes de l'\u00e9changeur. Elle est plus marqu\u00e9e dans le cas d'un \u00e9coulement diphasique que dans celui d'un \u00e9coulement monophasique \u00e0 cause du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de s\u00e9paration de phases qui se produit dans la bo\u00eete de retournement.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude exp\u00e9rimentale est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me de distribution entre passes d'un \u00e9vaporateur tubulaire. Le but est de rechercher les conditions optimales d'obtention d'une distribution uniforme.
