Une possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me consiste \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de transfert par \u00e9bullition par l'utilisation<br \/>\nd'un espace confin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La construction d'un dispositif exp\u00e9rimental a permis d'\u00e9tudier en \u00e9bullition en vase dans un espace confin\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 entre deux plaques rectangulaires, les param\u00e8tres suivants : la densit\u00e9 de flux de chaleur, le confinement, la condition p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique et l'orientation.<\/p>\n<p>Deux corr\u00e9lation sont propos\u00e9es pour calculer les coefficients d'\u00e9change moyen et local.
